Irene Wenzel Irene Wenzel was appointed Chief Procurement Officer for OSI Restaurant Partners, LLC in February 2009. She began her career with OSI Restaurant Partners, LLC in 1988 as a Manager at the original Outback Steakhouse restaurant on Henderson Blvd. In May of 1992, Irene left operations to apply her talents towards the Outback Steakhouse brand and their purchasing systems as they prepared for their upcoming growth. During this period she also worked closely with the Outback Steakhouse Research and Development team. In 1997, she was appointed Vice President of Purchasing for the Outback Steakhouse brand. In 2003, Irene was named Senior Vice President of Procurement for OSI and took on the additional responsibilities for the multiple brands in the OSI portfolio. Prior to 1988, she was employed at Bennigan's as a Restaurant Manager. Irene Wenzel is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University. She has a Bachelor of Science degree, with a double major in Business Management and Marketing. She is listed by the Griffin Report of Food Marketing as a 2010 Food Industry Woman of Influence. She supports multiple causes within her community and is an Active Board Member of Entertainment Revue Foundation Inc. Irene resides in South Tampa, FL with her husband Andy and their four beautiful children, Maddison, Meisi, Myka, and Max. Return to Executive Officers
